Can I transfer my ticket?
The ticket is transferable to another name for an administration fee of €10
Can I cancel my ticket?
The cancellation fee is 5% all the time. From 22nd of September it is not possible to cancel your ticket.
The full pass "discount" for €100 is not refundable regardless any circumstances.
Is there a dresscode or shoe regulation?
No pressure, come as you are, but know that some come dressed to impress.
Please make sure to wear shoes that do not scratch the floor or use a heel protector.
What are the regulations to participate at the festival?
The regulations that are applied in Vienna at the moment of the festival are valid.
Special notes:
By purchasing the ticket, the customer accepts that the organizer may change the artists and schedule for reasons beyond our control.
No flyers or banners are allowed to be placed without permission. If we find flyers at the event, we will charge you 50,-.
We love to offer you the possibility to promote your event on our TV screens in the rooms. Amount €100,- for 2 days screen presence.
Photo and video rights and consent:
By attending this event you consent that photos and videos will be taken during the workshops and party and will be used on social media and our website for all purposes.
